Shenzhen Ruichips Semiconductor Co., Ltd., or Ruichips, established in 2009, is a national high-tech enterprise specializing in the research and development (R&D), production, and sales of power semiconductors and high-end analog-digital hybrid integrated circuits. It is also recognized as a "Little Giant" enterprise with specialized expertise. Ruichips is headquartered in the Yuehai street, Nanshan District, Shenzhen, known as the "Silicon Valley of China."  and has over 300 employees, of which 40% are R&D and technical personnel. Ruichips has R&D centers in Shenzhen and Shanghai, a wholly-owned R&D subsidiary in Guangzhou, and assembly and testing production bases in Bao'an Bay Area, Shenzhen, and the Haikou Comprehensive Bonded Zone. Up to now, Ruichips holds a total of 207 intellectual property rights.
